Aftercare

We understand it takes time to become accustomed to a new hearing aid. Adjustments and programming will be required to fine tune the hearing aid to suit your personal needs. This service is free of charge, during your warranty period; we would expect to see you for 3-6 visits to complete the process.

As part of our continuous aftercare service, we encourage 6 monthly follow up reviews and annually thereafter. We are always pleased to help with fine tuning, personal counselling and education of friends and family and tailored rehabilitation to ensure you will get the maximum benefit from your hearing system.
